National University has an college transfer application process that allows students to transfer their college. National University is published a college transfer application notice on www.nu.ac.bd/notice.
Students must meet some specific Rules, Terms, and Conditions which are provided by the National University. A notice is published on the National University Website with new rules, conditions, application processes, and instructions for transfer to the college.

Nu College Transfer Notice
National University has published the college transfer notice. The students can now transfer to their college by following the below instruction and meeting some particular rules and conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to transfer, students must have completed at least one continuous academic year in a honors/degree at one college and not more than two academic years.
Once a student has completed more than two years of college at another institution, regardless of courses taken, that student is no longer eligible for transfer application.

- An applicant can apply for NU transfer College after completing the first year [That also includes the publication of Result]
- A Govt. College Student can apply for transfer to another govt. College. Just Like, An Non-Govt. College Student can apply to non-govt colleges.
- Let’s suppose a student was getting a chance to college but not getting admitted into that college rather than getting accepted into another college by Release slip. In that case, she/he will not get permission to apply for the previous college.
- Applicant’s Guardian is transferred to another district for employment process [Only for Govt./Semi- Govt. Employee]
- Female Students got Married to another district.
- Students cannot transfer college from the same district [This rule is relaxable only for the female applicant in exceptional Cases]
- Transportation or resident Problem.
- Parents Dead.
Note: Students can apply only one time for National University transfer application
NU College Transfer Application Process
If students are eligible and meet the rules & Condition, students can apply through the National University Official Website nu.ac.bd through the Student Login Section.
Students have to complete all the processes to complete the transfer application. There are a total of four processes that they have to complete.
First, Applicants need to Register themselves with the National University, Second Apply for a Transfer Application, Third Pay the Application Processing Fees, and Fourth is getting approval by both the National University and college authority.

How to Apply for College Transfer
Step 1 : Crate an account in NU Students Services Section.
To apply for transfer application, students first need to create an account through national university website students services section.
National University Student Registration System:
First, you need to go to National University nu.edu.bd and There Service Section and go to Student Login Option.
Or
- Visit- http://services.nu.edu.bd/nu-app/
- Click on Student Registration for registered yourself.
- It will show your information. If it’s correct, click proceed
- Input your Information [Course, Session, Registration Number/ Admission Roll]
- Click Registration Button
Then, On the Next Page, it will give you an auto-generated Student ID. Save it Future References.
- Fill up all other information [Password, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Gender]
- Type the Captcha Code
- Click Save button
After completing the primary process of registration, you need to complete the registration process. For completing the registration process:
- Visit- http://services.nu.edu.bd/nu-app/
- Login with your Student ID and Password
- Now, fill up all the required information [upload a Photo, Fill up S.S.C. and H.S.C. Information]
- Click, Update Profile Button
After completing the registration, you will redirect to your Dashboard and go for transfer Application.
National University Transfer Application System
- Go to your Dashboard and From Left Side Menu Bar Click Academic Services
- Then, it will show you all academic service information
- Select Transfer Application, and then you will see the transfer application Page.
- On Transfer Application Page, First Select your Target College Name
- Then Upload the Required Attachments [See the Necessary Documents Section]
- Click Browse to upload documents. Type the heading [Uploading Paper Title]
- And Add more button for add one or more documents
- Give the Reason in the reason box
- Click Proceed
- Then Download the Sonali Sheba Pay Slip to pay the Application Fees.

In the Necessary Attachment Section, Students need to upload three types of Documents. One is your academic Documents, the other is reasoning Documents, and the last one is your Parents Permission Letter.

To complete the process, the Applicant needs to pay the Application Processing Fee by the Sonali Sheba Challan at your Nearest Sonali Bank Limited Branch.

National University Approval for College Transfer
Upon Completing the Application and Payment process, Students need to wait for their application by the National University to transfer to the college. It may take 3-7 Working days based on your application and Attachments.

After Verification and Permission by College and N.U. Authority, Applicants will be approved by National University for their transfer Application. After that, They need to pay the Transfer Fees- 1000 TK.
